Insurance Renewals Advisor

A well-established insurance group who has a number of sites across the UK and are a well renowned Wheels specialist now seek to appoint 2 new Renewal Advisors to join their Taxi Insurance team, based in Manchester (M12 4JD). 

These positions sit on their existing business team, with the purpose of the role being to provide renewal insurance quotations for Public and Private Hire insurance clients. The role requires dealing with clients over the phone and via e-mail to ensure retention targets are maximised, through the provision of efficient communication & negotiation skills.

We are keen to hear from you if you are highly self-motivated, driven & can deliver excellent customer service whilst hitting targets.

You must also have at least 1 years insurance experience, gained at either a broker or insurer, and this will need to be wheels based, so either Private Motor, Commercial Vehicle, Taxi or Motor Trade. 

Salary on offer is £22-25k, plus bonuses (around £325 per month & paid monthly) with 20 days holiday to start.

Working hours are Monday to Friday 9am-5pm.
